Children's Book - Editing

In the event that you are dissatisfied with the service of KNotED by Kimani, please notify the company immediately, and we will do our best to rectify the situation through one of the following methods:

1. correcting the error(s)/problem(s).
2. applying a discount to a future service.
3. partially or fully refunding the customer, depending upon the extent of the error, problem, etc.

Shipping/sending/receiving electronic documents is FREE.

If for any reason, a document needs to be mailed, standard postal charges will apply.

Proofreading a children's book has a much quicker turn-around time than most other services/products.  Within 24 to 48 hours, from accepting the assignment, the proofread will be complete.

The client may be required to conference one-on-one (in-person, virtually, phone) with KNotED by Kimani in order to ensure that the client receives the desired product.
